How we handle your information

Information we collect
When you submit a property inquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, property address or area, preferred contact method, and property notes. We also collect the optional source information you provide and basic attribution and website measurement data, including referral and campaign parameters, first and last website touches, and advertising identifiers, so we can understand which outreach may have influenced the inquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to review your property inquiry, contact you using the method you selected, evaluate whether a direct purchase, traditional listing, or another next step may fit, protect the site from abuse, and measure the effectiveness of our outreach.
Service providers and advertising measurement
We use service providers to host the website, store submissions, deliver internal notifications, coordinate lead response in a restricted Slack channel, and measure advertising results. Website and server events may be sent to Meta to measure whether an advertisement led to an inquiry. We do not sell property inquiry information.
Retention and choices
We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, evaluate our outreach, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
